Exclusive Tour of Hitachi Semiconductors in Lenzburg on April 26th, 2024

In Lenzburg, Hitachi Energy operates four fabs, manufacturing everything from BiMOS (IGBT, MOSFET) Si and SiC Chips to power modules for transmission & distribution, industrial, traction, and e-mobility.
